On 29 October 2026, H.E. Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Ambassador of Thailand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Mr. Natee Vichitsorasatra, Minister Counsellor, called on H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, Deputy Minister for Multilateral International Affairs and General Supervisor of the Deputyship for Economic and Development Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia. Both sides exchanged views on recent regional developments and security dynamics, as well as reviewed ongoing progress in bilateral cooperation related to preparations for the upcoming 2nd meeting of the Saudi-Thai Coordination Council (STCC), scheduled to convene in Riyadh in early 2027.
