On June 28, 2026, H.E. Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, accompanied by Mr. Natee Vichitsorasatra, Minister Counsellor, and Mr. Pichan Jamveha, First Secretary, paid a courtesy call on Dr. Jasser Suleiman Al-Harbash, CEO of the Heritage Commission, under the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture. During the meeting, the two sides discussed promotion of cultural and artistic cooperation, and also joint cultural activities under the framework of Saudi-Thai Cooperation as well as the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Saudi Arabia in 2027.
