2) One Copy of ID Card (Saudi)

3) One Copy of Residence Identity Card (Non-Saudi)

5) Original document (with one copy)

    The document should be translated into English language and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia beforehand.

6) Fee 70.- SR. per set
