On 11 September 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Riyadh hosted the event "Goodbye Summer 2026: Taste. Share. Connect." The event successfully brought together members of Thai community residing in Riyadh and nearby areas, along with their families. The event was organized to foster closeness and strengthen ties within the Thai community in Saudi Arabia as well as provided an opportunity for Thai nationals to gather, socialize, and exchange experiences in order to build up a strong Thai community in Saudi Arabia.
