On 10 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, together with Mrs. Fame Buddhavadhana, Counsellor, met with Mr. Talal Al-Marri, Chief Executive Officer of Expo 2030 Riyadh. The meeting aimed to receive a progress update on event preparations which scheduled to take place from 1 October 2030 to 31 March 2031 under the theme “Foresight for Tomorrow,” with an estimated attendance of over 42 million visitors worldwide.
