On 10 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Pongprach Makchang, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, together with Heads of Team Thailand agencies in Riyadh, attended the opening ceremony of the “Thai Products Festival”, organised by the Office of Commercial Affairs in Jeddah in cooperation with Danube Supermarket, at its Hayat Mall branch in Riyadh.

The Ambassador and the delegation were welcomed by Mr. Apichart Prasertsood, Director of the Office of Commercial Affairs in Jeddah, Mr. Hassan BinDawood, Regional Director – Middle East, and members of Danube’s management team.

The “Thai Products Festival” aims to expand the market for Thai food products and ingredients by enhancing their visibility and increasing their popularity among consumers in Saudi Arabia.
